In 2006, Al and Joanne Greenwood moved to their acreage near Hayter and started raising their family while running a potable water trucking business. Nearly two decades later, they've grown that work into two thriving stores, all built on the same belief: identify what your community needs, then show up.

- 2019Acquired The Water Shop; launched Damn Good Water Co.
- 2021Acquired Provost Liquor Store and created Damn Good Liquor.
- 2024Expanded to Edgerton with the Sand Dunes acquisition.
